- I am an employer with IEEE Member Employees. Why is my company name not showing up in the banner?
This banner honors organizations that chose to employ IEEE members. The criteria for including an organization are that it has at least 2 employees, at least one of whom is an IEEE member of the Twin Cities Section. If you fit the criteria and would like us to recognize you, please send us an email to tc (dash) chair (at) ieee dot org. Please replace at, dash and dot with the appropriate characters. The email address is represented this way to reduce spamming to that address.
- I do not want the banner with company names to automatically change text. What can I do?
Currently, automatic banner rotation is turned for your computer. Click here to turn it . If you are not automatically redirected to the home page, reload by moving to a new page or reloading this FAQ page. This feature will work across sessions only if cookies are being retained.
We have implemented this feature to support those with vision disabilities, as described in this article.
- Why is my complete company name not displayed?
For simplicity and efficient use of banner space, words like “Corporation”, “Inc.”, “Company”, and “Associates” are not used
